Lancôme Celebrates 25 Years of Juicy Tubes with 2000s Icons in Nostalgic Ad

Yes, juicy, tantalizing lips and a shimmering gloss are always in style, but what can beat the high-shine finish of Lancôme’s Juicy Tube Lip Gloss?

In 2000, the beauty giant launched a range of shimmering, lip-perfecting products that still deliver dazzling shine, (literally) delicious formulas and up to four hours of hydration today.

This year, the makeup bag must-have is celebrating 25 years of success in the beauty industry, and to celebrate, Lancôme has gathered some truly iconic stars (and Juicy Tube OGs) to take us back to the early 2000s with the Juicy Kissing Web campaign.

Millennial and lip gloss queen Paris Hilton stumbles upon a lost Juicy Tube in her ad campaign and ends up back in time with her simpler life – “I just look sexier,” she says as she dons velvet, rhinestones and perfect lip gloss, as if it’s “2002 all over again.”

Gossip Girl fans go “reminiscing” with Ed Westwick — or Chuck Bass. “Let’s be honest, the Upper East Side was built on three things: scandal, secrets and this status symbol,” he hums, taking a whiff of cotton candy techno that leads him to a “limousine” (if you know, you know).

Fellow heartthrob Chad Michael Murray also recalls the sweet scent of those kisses in A Cinderella Story. “I’m sure the set was full of stuff. Between takes, it rained, the makeup fell off, the hair was a mess, but this perfume stuck. Sticky, shiny, sweet.”

Today, he still recalls his favorite quote — but it was written on his wife, Sarah Roemer. “Our first kiss, we never forget.”

Hilary Duff’s surprise ad guest star wasn’t Murray, but her mini-Lizzie McGuire (at least the cartoon version). Together, the two look back nostalgically on their love of the lip gloss.

Kelly Rowland and Rachel Bilson also participated in the photoshoot, with Rachel Bilson remembering winning the Teen Choice Award for Best Chemistry during her Juicy Tubes days.
