Recently, Pedro Pascal and Alexander Skarsgård both stepped out in Saint Laurent Joe over-the-knee leather boots, and naturally, Brad Pitt also wore them.
The 61-year-old actor appeared on the cover of GQ magazine’s summer issue alongside Formula 1 stars Lewis Hamilton and Damson Idris. According to the outlet, the three actors, who each appear on their own cover, spoke with Daniel Riley, GQ magazine’s global content development director, about how they set out to create “the most authentic, realistic, and grounded racing film ever made.”
In a series of beach portraits, Pitt wore a black Rick Owens T-shirt, Isabel Marant trousers, and an Artemas Quibble belt. However, the real star of the look was the black Saint Laurent over-the-knee boots designed by Anthony Vaccarello.
Pitt’s GQ cover follows two other Hollywood hunks who recently stepped out in the shoes. Pascal, 50, wore the shoes to the premiere of The Last of Us Season 2 in Los Angeles on March 24. The actor paired the look with leather pants, a royal blue turtleneck and a teal plaid jacket.
Skarsgard, 48, wowed in the boots at the premiere of The Phoenician Conspiracy at the 78th Cannes Film Festival. He opted for a classic black suit, black tie and white shirt.
In an interview with GQ, Pitt opened up about his relationship with girlfriend Ines de Ramon.
When asked if making his public debut at an F1 race was intentional, Pitt laughed and told the publication that they will be holding the race in July 2024, “No, man, it wasn’t deliberate.”
“God, how exhausting would that be if you were alive? How much do you have to calculate if you’re alive?” he added. “No, life evolves. Relationships evolve.”
The Oscar winner also shared, “My personal life has always been in the news. It’s been in the news for 30 years, man. Or my personal life, or, sort of, let’s put it that way.”
After years of legal battles, Pitt’s divorce from ex-wife Angelina Jolie was finally finalized in late 2024. When asked if he felt relieved that the relationship was finally settled, he replied, “No, I don’t think it was a big deal. It’s just something that’s coming to fruition, legally speaking.”
Pitt and Drummond have been dating since late 2022, after Pitt split from Jolie, 49, in 2016. The exes have six children together and were declared legally single in 2019.
