This series is inspired by the classic shoes of the brand since its establishment, and invites many creators to jointly create a new retro shoe style to interpret the classic style that transcends the times.
As the opening of the 1908 series, Converse specially invited Tyler, The Creator, an American rapper and founder of the fashion brand GOLF le FLEUR*, to design it.
He took the Jogger shoe launched by Converse in 1976 to respond to the jogging craze as a blueprint, reinterpreted it, and created a retro jogging shoe that combines nostalgic elements and trendy language-the 1908 Jogger.
This shoe not only keeps up with the trend of Converse’s thin-soled retro shoes in recent years, but also further strengthens Converse’s influence in street culture.
1908 Jogger reproduces the classic wedge sole and covered heel structure, and through the creative perspective of designer Tyler, it selects dopamine tones suitable for summer.
In terms of color matching, three gradient contrast colors are launched: forest green with grass green, mustard yellow with dark brown, and tranquil blue with sea salt blue, creating a striking visual effect.
In terms of texture, the upper is made of suede and nylon stitching, which is both comfortable and fashionable. The sole, mesh lining and double shoelace design continue the color aesthetics, while ensuring practicality, it also gives the wearer a variety of matching options.
The shoe body is embellished with CONVERSE shoe logo and GOLF le FLEUR iconic pattern, highlighting its leading position in street fashion shoes.
