Lauren Sanchez’s bachelorette party made the City of Lights sparkle. The American journalist, who has been preparing for her wedding to Jeff Bezos, has been in Paris for a few days, having lunch and taking a boat trip.
She was joined by guests including Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Katy Perry, Eva Longoria, Elsa Marie Collins, founder of the nonprofit This Is About Humanity, businesswoman and philanthropist Natasha Poonawalla, actor Ocott Gonzalez (wife of football player Tony Gonzalez), lawyer Lydia Keeves, startup founder Veronica Glazer (wife of producer Brian Glazer), and Fox Sports host Charissa Thompson.
What everyone chooses to wear on this trip will likely influence the style of the bride (Sanchez is sure to undergo some rapid and increasingly dramatic transformations) and her future bridesmaids.
Sanchez posted a photo of herself and her 11 bridesmaids on the rooftop of Paris’ Cheval Blanc. “Forever begins in friendship, surrounded by women who have encouraged me, lit my way in the dark, and shaped my heart along the way,” she captioned. It also began with some stunning fashion choices during the two-day soiree.
While the dress code for a bachelorette party can focus on dresses, sashes, and quirky member-of-the-party accessories, Sanchez’s look was all about fashion. Still, she stuck with the usual white bridal look, but the look was out of place in the City of Love: Sanchez wore a low-cut bustier and matching lace-up skirt by French label Murmur.
She accessorized with a quirky Eiffel Tower bag by Judith Leiber, a large diamond necklace, and a pair of white stilettos. Later that night, she donned a white fur coat.
Her look was glam and gala-style for friends in attendance: lots of corsets, bodysuits, bustiers and monochrome outfits. Kardashian kept her style as she appeared in a French court for a robbery trial – she wore a black strapless bodycon dress with a wrap-around high-low skirt, sheer tights and black heels, with her hair in a sleek braid.
Her mother, Kris, wore a Victorian-style black velvet dress with a high collar, bubble skirt and white lace neckline.
Sanchez’s astronaut Katy Perry went pant-free in a black bodysuit and ultra-thin sheer sparkly skirt, tied with a black bow and white roses at the waist. Eva Longoria ditched the black look for a pure blue (she took the married couple’s “something borrowed, a little blue” seriously), high-necked bodycon gown with a gorgeous Schiaparelli button-down.
With Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos set to tie the knot next month, we can expect a host of dramatic bridal looks in Sanchez’s signature style: bustiers, sweetheart necklines. Plus, the bridesmaids—and maybe the entire Parisian team—are sure to rock the same glamorous looks.
